Computing Education

Computing Education at UC San Diego includes an interdisciplinary group of researchers and students who study how students learn computing, effective pedagogies for teaching computing, helping diverse populations of students succeed in computing, effective learning at scale, preparing computing students for industry jobs, teaching K-12 students about computing or using computing, and training K-12 teachers in how to teach computing.  Our research labs include Ph.D., M.S., and undergraduate students at UC San Diego.
